This policy explains what information AI Partnerships LLC collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. AI Partnerships LLC is a Wyoming limited liability company (“we”, “us”). It covers this website, ai-partnered-solutions.com, and the services we provide, including custom AI tools, automations and websites. Information we collect

When you visit this website

Hosting and security logs. The site is hosted on Netlify, which automatically processes technical information such as IP addresses to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse.
Fonts. The site loads its fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google, which receives your IP address.
No tracking. This site has no sign-up or contact form, uses no advertising cookies, and doesn't ask you for personal information.

When you contact us

If you email, call, text or message us, we receive whatever you choose to share, such as your name, business name, email address, phone number and the content of your message.

When you become a client

Business information and content you give us to build and run your tools: documents, templates, product or menu details, logos, photos and similar material.
Account access you choose to grant, such as access to your email, calendar, social media, website or business software, so we can connect and set up your tools. Accounts stay in your name, and we use access only for the work you've asked for.
Business data processed by your tools. Automations we build may handle your business records, such as emails, meeting notes, orders, schedules or reports, in order to do their job.
Billing details. Payments are handled by payment processors. We don't receive or store full card or bank account numbers.

How we use information

To design, build, run and support the tools, automations and websites you've asked for.
To reply to you, send quotes and invoices, and provide support.
To keep our website and systems secure and working.
To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

AI tools. We use AI services, such as Anthropic's Claude, to power the tools we build and to help draft content, organize information and analyze data. We use AI providers under business terms that do not allow them to train their models on the information we send, and we don't use your information to train AI models ourselves. Where a tool publishes or sends something on your behalf, it does so only in the way you've approved.

How we share information

We do not sell your information, and we don't share it for other companies' advertising. We share information only:

With service providers that help us run the business and power your tools, such as Netlify and Cloudflare (hosting), Google and Microsoft (business software you use), Meta (Facebook and Instagram), payment processors and AI providers, each only as needed to provide their service.
With the platforms you ask us to connect to, such as sending an approved email or publishing an approved post.
If required by law, or to protect the rights, safety or property of our clients, the public or us.
In a business transfer, if AI Partnerships LLC is merged or sold, in which case this policy continues to apply.

How long we keep information

Client content and tool data: while you're a client; after that, until you ask us to delete it, or for up to two years.
Messages and inquiries: as long as needed to respond and follow up.
Invoices and payment records: as long as tax and accounting rules require.

Security

We protect information with access controls, two-factor login on our accounts, encrypted storage for passwords and access tokens, and by limiting access to the people who need it. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and will tell you promptly if a problem affects your data.

Your choices

Access, correction and deletion. Ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you or your business, to correct it, or to delete it, by emailing info@ai-partnered-solutions.com.
Disconnecting access. You can remove our access to any of your accounts at any time, or ask us to do it. For Facebook and Instagram, see the data deletion steps.

Requests from public authorities

We review every request for user data from a public authority for legal validity, challenge requests that are unlawful or overbroad, disclose only the minimum required, and keep a record of each request and our response.

Children

Our services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We don't knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We'll post the new version here and update the effective date. If a change significantly affects current clients, we'll tell you directly.
