Terms of Service · AI Partnerships

These terms apply to ai-partnered-solutions.com and to the services AI Partnerships LLC provides. AI Partnerships LLC is a Wyoming limited liability company (“we”, “us”). By using the site or our services, you agree to these terms. If you're a client, your quote or written agreement with us also applies, and it controls if it conflicts with these terms. Restaurant website services provided through Walkthrough Web are covered by the Walkthrough Web terms.

Our services

We design, build and support custom AI tools, automations and websites for small businesses, such as social media dashboards, AI-assisted content, email and inbox automation, and workflow automation. The exact scope, price and timeline for your project are set in your quote before we start.

You own your accounts and content

Accounts we set up for you, such as domains, hosting, software and social media accounts, are registered in your name or transferred to you, and belong to you.
You keep ownership of everything you give us and everything your tools produce for your business. You give us permission to use your content only to provide our services to you.
Code, templates and know-how we use across clients remain ours, but you receive a license to use whatever we build for your business for as long as you like.
If you leave, we'll help hand everything over. Nothing is locked to us.

Your responsibilities

Give us accurate information, and only content and data you have the right to use.
Review and approve tools before they go live, and approve any content they publish or send on your behalf.
Keep your own logins secure, and tell us if you think an account has been compromised.
Use the tools we build lawfully, including the rules of the platforms they connect to.

AI tools

AI can make mistakes. Tools we build are designed so that a person reviews important output before it's relied on or sent, and you remain responsible for decisions you make using them. See our Privacy Policy for how information is handled.

Third-party platforms

Your tools rely on platforms we don't control, including AI providers, hosting providers, Google, Microsoft, Meta and payment processors. Your use of those platforms is also subject to their own terms and pricing. We're not responsible for their outages, fees, policy changes or decisions, but we'll help you deal with them.

Fees and cancellation

Build fees, monthly fees and payment timing are set out in your quote or agreement. Monthly services can be canceled at any time, effective at the end of the current billing month, unless your agreement says otherwise.

Disclaimers

We work hard to keep your tools running and accurate, but we can't promise that any software, AI system or platform will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that our services will produce a particular result. Except as stated in these terms or your agreement, our services are provided “as is”.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, AI Partnerships LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, such as lost profits or lost business, and our total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount you paid us for those services in the three months before the claim arose.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll post the new version here and update the effective date. If a change significantly affects current clients, we'll tell you directly.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
